Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a simple and immediate way for customers to leave voice messages, especially for preliminary inquiries or on-the-go feedback, Advanced Voice Mail could be a suitable option, despite its lack of ratings and reviews. Its ease of use and email alerts make it a low-barrier entry point for capturing customer thoughts.
However, for merchants prioritizing a structured and efficient system for managing customer complaints, Complaint Guru is the better choice. Its dedicated complaint tracking page, prioritization features, and focus on timely resolutions align with a more proactive and organized approach to customer support. The positive reviews (albeit limited) suggest that merchants who have used the app have found value in its complaint management capabilities. Complaint Guru appears to be better positioned for those who have a larger support volume.
