Our Verdict
CS - Business Email is clearly the better choice for merchants prioritizing a professional brand image and needing robust email management tools. Its 5/5 rating (albeit with a small sample size of 3 reviews) indicates a positive user experience, and its features focus on scalability and reliability for handling business communications. The ability to create unlimited custom email addresses and manage them within the Shopify admin panel is a powerful value proposition.
Advanced Voice Mail could be considered only by merchants specifically seeking informal voice feedback and prioritizing speed and simplicity above all else. However, the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating are concerning and suggest potential issues with the app's functionality or reliability. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly test the app before relying on it for customer communication.
