Our Verdict
For merchants just starting with customer feedback or those with very basic survey needs and a small customer base, Affiniv NPS, Survey & Feedback could be a viable option, assuming its limited reviews reflect a truly positive experience. However, the lack of detailed information and low review count makes it difficult to assess its capabilities. Grapevine Post Purchase Survey appears to be the better choice for most Shopify merchants. Its unlimited responses, diverse survey types, robust integrations, and powerful reporting provide a comprehensive solution for collecting and analyzing customer feedback at scale. The higher number of reviews adds more confidence in its functionality and reliability. Merchants who want to leverage survey data to improve marketing, refine CX, and spot trends should strongly consider Grapevine.
Common Questions
Which app is better for large stores with lots of customers?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the clear choice. Its unlimited responses and scalable architecture are designed to handle high volumes of data.
Which app has better integrations?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey integrates with Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, GA4, and Google Sheets. Affiniv NPS, Survey & Feedback doesn't list any specific integrations.
Which app is easier to use?
Without user reviews specifically mentioning ease of use for Affiniv, it's difficult to say definitively. However, Grapevine's features suggest a more complex, but likely powerful, platform that could have a steeper learning curve for some users.
Which app offers more value for money?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey offers 'ridiculously fair pricing' on purpose, with unlimited survey responses for a fixed price. If Affiniv charges per response, it could quickly become more expensive than Grapevine for businesses with substantial volume.
Is one app necessarily 'better' than the other?
No, it depends on the specific needs of the merchant. If a merchant only needs very basic NPS surveys and has a small customer base, Affiniv might suffice. However, Grapevine is likely the better choice for most Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive and scalable survey solution.
