Affiniv NPS, Survey & Feedback vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Affiniv NPS, Survey & Feedback and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to provide Shopify merchants with tools to collect customer feedback through surveys. However, based on available data, they cater to different needs and business maturity levels. Affiniv, with its limited review count, likely focuses on simpler implementations or niche use cases, possibly emphasizing ease of setup over extensive features. It's positioning might be more on quick NPS (Net Promoter Score) gathering. Its simple name implies that functionality. Zigpoll, on the other hand, presents itself as a comprehensive survey solution. Its high review count (417) suggests broader adoption and a more feature-rich platform, including advanced functionalities like post-purchase surveys, abandoned checkout campaigns, email and SMS survey delivery, multilingual support, and AI analytics. It is targeted towards merchants looking for in-depth customer insights and integration with their existing marketing ecosystem. Its focus appears to be on capturing a wider range of customer data across multiple touchpoints and deriving actionable insights to improve business performance.
