Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive, all-in-one marketing platform with advanced features like AI-powered recommendations and promotional bars, AfterShip Email Marketing, SMS appears to be a strong contender, especially those who prefer a no-code solution and want to consolidate their marketing tools. Its slightly higher rating further reinforces this recommendation. However, Klaviyo, with its larger number of reviews, may be a more reliable choice for businesses primarily focused on core email and SMS marketing functionality and those who value established platforms with a proven track record. The ultimate choice depends on the specific needs and priorities of the merchant; those prioritizing ease of use and a broad feature set should strongly consider AfterShip. If more basic functionality is needed, Klaviyo might be a better choice.
