Our Verdict
For larger Shopify merchants with a significant volume of returns, AfterShip Returns & Exchanges appears to be the stronger choice due to its comprehensive feature set, including automation rules, revenue recapture strategies, and carrier/warehouse management. The large number of reviews suggests a well-established app with a proven track record, despite the slightly lower rating. PostCo Returns & Exchanges, with its perfect rating but significantly fewer reviews, might be a better fit for smaller merchants or those who prioritize simplicity and ease of use over advanced features. Further investigation into PostCo's specific features and user feedback would be needed to make a definitive recommendation for specific use cases.
