Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditEven with a strong 4.6-star rating, merchants often seek alternatives to AfterShip Returns & Exchanges for various reasons. Some might find the pricing structure doesn't scale well with their business, or the specific features they need aren't offered or are locked behind higher-tier plans. The complexity of setting up automation rules, carrier integrations, and warehouse management within AfterShip can also be a barrier for smaller businesses or those with simpler return processes. For stores needing returns management focused on the Indian market, or other highly specific needs, general return platforms may not be ideal.
