Our Verdict
The choice between Agree Terms & Conditions PRO and Essential Free Shipping Upsell hinges entirely on the merchant's priorities. Agree Terms & Conditions PRO is the clear choice for businesses needing to ensure legal compliance and require customer acknowledgement of policies, such as those selling age-restricted goods or with strict return policies. The relatively low number of reviews suggests it might be a newer or more niche app. Essential Free Shipping Upsell is better suited for stores primarily focused on increasing sales and AOV. Its high rating and large number of reviews indicate it's a well-regarded and effective tool for this purpose.
