Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with boosting ad performance on Facebook, Instagram, and Google without extensive expertise, 'AI Ads on Facebook & Google' appears to be the more suitable choice. Its focus on AI-driven features like video ad creation and audience targeting provides a streamlined path to improved ad conversions. However, for merchants prioritizing a holistic, data-driven approach to e-commerce growth, 'Retention X' is the superior option. While it may require a greater initial investment in time and learning, its comprehensive suite of tools for customer intelligence, tracking, and automation offers the potential for more sustainable and profitable growth. The slightly lower rating (4.3 vs 5) for AI Ads on FB/Google should be investigated further; it could indicate limitations in its AI or customer support.
