Alliance Pro vs SupaEasy: AI Functions creatorfor Shopify (2026)
Alliance Pro and SupaEasy: AI Functions creator both aim to enhance Shopify stores through discount functionalities, but they cater to vastly different needs. Alliance Pro focuses on building and managing professional discount programs for specific customer segments like employees, first responders, and military personnel. Its strength lies in automating the complexities of these programs, from application processing to tiered discounts and purchase limits. It's geared toward merchants seeking to build brand loyalty and drive revenue through structured pro programs. SupaEasy, on the other hand, addresses the needs of merchants, including those using Shopify Plus, by providing a no-code solution for creating and migrating discount, shipping, payment, and validation functions. The app shines in its ability to generate custom functions via AI, making advanced checkout customizations accessible to a broader audience, especially after the deprecation of Scripts. Its value proposition centers around giving merchants full control over their checkout process without requiring coding skills. The sheer difference in the volume of reviews suggests that SupaEasy is used more widely, but it also addresses a different, arguably more foundational, problem. While both apps have excellent ratings, their target markets and approach to discounts are fundamentally different.

Our Verdict
If you are a merchant looking to establish or scale a professional discount program, Alliance Pro is the clear choice. Its focus on managing the entire pro program lifecycle, from application to renewals, makes it a comprehensive solution for this specific need. On the other hand, if you require highly customized checkout functions, particularly related to discounts, shipping, payment, or validation, and want a no-code solution that leverages AI, SupaEasy is the superior option. It's particularly valuable for merchants migrating from Scripts or those on Shopify Plus who need advanced functionalities without developer assistance.
While both apps facilitate discounts, SupaEasy is the better option for core, highly customized business logic at checkout, while Alliance Pro is ideal for more strategic pro-program based customer relationship management and bulk discount applications.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a simple discount?
While both *can* handle discounts, SupaEasy's AI function creator provides far greater flexibility. However, Shopify's native discount features might be more appropriate for *simple* scenarios without complicated business logic.
Does Alliance Pro work for all types of discounts?
Alliance Pro is specifically tailored for professional discount programs targeting defined groups like employees, first responders, and military. It's not designed for general promotional discounts.
Can SupaEasy replace a dedicated loyalty program app?
No, SupaEasy focuses on customizing checkout functions. A loyalty program app offers a broader set of features for customer retention, points accumulation, and rewards management, features not supported in SupaEasy.
Is coding experience required to use either app?
Alliance Pro primarily involves configuration, not coding. SupaEasy is a no-code solution leveraging AI to generate functions.
Which app is more scalable?
Both apps claim to be scalable, but Alliance Pro's focus on program management suggests it's designed to handle a large number of members and complex tiering. SupaEasy's scalability would depend on the complexity of the functions it generates.
