Our Verdict
For merchants specifically concerned with optimizing image alt text for SEO and accessibility, and who prefer a focused solution, ALT SEO AI Alt Text Generator is the better choice. Its automated AI-driven alt text generation simplifies a crucial SEO task. However, for merchants seeking a comprehensive SEO solution that addresses multiple aspects of optimization, Sherpas: Smart SEO is the superior option. Its broader feature set, higher review count, and integration of ChatGPT-4 Turbo suggest a more robust and versatile tool, albeit potentially with a steeper learning curve than ALT SEO.
