Will I lose my SEO rankings if I switch from Sherpas: Smart SEO?

Switching SEO apps can potentially impact rankings if not done carefully. Back up your current meta data and settings. Ensure the new app correctly implements the same schema markup and URL redirects before completely disabling Sherpas: Smart SEO. Monitor your search engine rankings and traffic closely after the switch.

What if I only need help with image optimization?

If image optimization is your primary concern, consider Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer, or SEO Speed Image Optimizer, as they offer dedicated image optimization features and potentially more granular control than a general SEO app.

Can I combine multiple SEO apps to get the features I need?

Yes, you can combine apps, but be cautious of conflicts. Ensure the apps don't duplicate efforts (e.g., multiple apps managing meta tags). Start with core features and add more specialized apps (like an image optimizer) if needed.

How important are product reviews for SEO in 2026?

Product reviews will continue to be crucial for SEO in 2026. They provide fresh, unique content that search engines value and can improve click-through rates with star ratings in search results. Reviews also signal trust and credibility to potential customers.

Does page speed still matter for SEO?

Yes, page speed remains a critical ranking factor. Google and other search engines prioritize fast-loading websites that provide a positive user experience. Optimizing images, minifying code, and leveraging browser caching are essential for improving page speed.
