Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a holistic, mobile-accessible ERP system with wide-ranging inventory and order management capabilities, AltheaSuite is the intended solution. However, the lack of reviews raises serious questions about its reliability and usability. Serializer ‑ Product Tracking, despite its limited scope, appears to be a more reliable choice for merchants specifically needing to track individual items through serial numbers, warranty information, or other custom fields. This is especially useful for businesses selling electronics, warranties, or products requiring detailed batch tracking. Given AltheaSuite's lack of reviews, proceed with extreme caution and seek a demo before committing.
Common Questions

Based on their descriptions, Serializer ‑ Product Tracking is likely easier to use due to its focused feature set. AltheaSuite's comprehensive ERP functionality suggests a steeper learning curve.
Which app is better for a small business?
