Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with quickly implementing and testing different bundling strategies to increase AOV, AOV Bundles Volume Discounts is the better choice. Its AI-powered recommendations and ease of use make it accessible to merchants of all technical skill levels. However, if the primary goal is to deeply customize and optimize the checkout experience with advanced features such as custom fields, conditional logic, and control over payment/shipping methods, Checkout Buddy offers the necessary tools, despite its potentially steeper learning curve. The larger review count for AOV Bundles suggests wider adoption and possibly greater overall satisfaction within its target niche.
