SmartBot: Leading AI Chatbot is better suited for merchants prioritizing customer service and leveraging AI to provide personalized product recommendations and sales assistance through a 24/7 chatbot. If customer support and personalized AI interaction are paramount, SmartBot is the preferred option. However, if direct product bundling is the focus, AOV Bundles wins.
