Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to influence purchasing decisions *before* checkout with varied bundling and discount strategies, AOV Bundles Volume Discounts is likely the stronger choice. Its AI-powered recommendations and customization options offer a richer experience. However, for merchants primarily focused on a simple and immediate way to capture additional revenue *after* a purchase is made, XB: Post Purchase Upsell provides a more streamlined approach. The one-click upsell functionality is particularly appealing for reducing friction and maximizing conversion rates on existing customers. New stores might prefer XB due to ease of setup to get initial wins, and more established stores with large product ranges, and potentially higher support needs may benefit more from AOV Bundles Volume Discounts.
