Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to leverage AI for gift-centric promotions and create a rewarding customer experience with free gifts, BOGO, and Buy X Get Y offers, AOV.ai is likely a better choice. It offers more advanced gifting options and milestone rewards. On the other hand, Zoorix is better suited for merchants with products that benefit from volume discounts, tiered pricing, and bundling strategies, particularly those targeting an international audience or those wanting to aggressively cross-sell in the cart drawer. If you need multi-currency and multi-language support, Zoorix is the clear winner. For Plus merchants, AOV.ai's checkout upsell capabilities provide an additional edge.
