Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing ease of use and a quick setup, AppHero: Free Gift Upsell BOGO is a good choice, especially if advanced targeting features like language options and customer segmentation are important. However, the limited number of reviews should be considered. CartKing‑Free Gifts BuyX GetY is better suited for merchants who need robust features like tiered gifts, value dedicated live chat support, and trust the collective experience indicated by the higher number of reviews. If live chat support is crucial, CartKing is the clear winner.
