Appify: Survey Honey vs FormCRM AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Appify: Survey Honey and FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder both cater to Shopify merchants seeking to collect data through forms and surveys, but they differ significantly in their current standing and target audience. Survey Honey positions itself as a dedicated survey builder, emphasizing a wide range of question types and unlimited usage. However, it currently lacks any reviews or ratings, suggesting it may be a newer or less widely adopted app. FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder, on the other hand, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating based on 7 reviews and focuses on broader custom form building capabilities aided by AI, integrating with various marketing and CRM tools. The crucial difference lies in their focus: Survey Honey seems optimized purely for creating and analyzing surveys, while FormCRM caters to a wider range of form types, including contact forms, lead generation forms, and order forms, with added functionalities like file uploads and customer account creation. FormCRM leverages AI to streamline the form creation process and offers deeper integration with other business tools, providing a more comprehensive solution for businesses seeking to manage customer interactions and data collection across different touchpoints.

Our Verdict
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder appears to be the stronger option for most Shopify merchants due to its higher rating, positive reviews, AI-assisted form creation, and comprehensive integration capabilities. It's well-suited for businesses needing various form types beyond just surveys and wanting to connect data with their existing CRM and marketing systems.
However, Appify: Survey Honey could be a viable choice for merchants solely focused on conducting detailed surveys and prioritizing unlimited survey features. The 'unlimited' claims for surveys, submissions, and questions, along with specific survey question types, could be attractive if core survey functionality is paramount. However, the lack of reviews necessitates caution and thorough evaluation before committing.
