Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts vs Q:Request A Quote & Hide Pricefor Shopify (2026)
Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts and Q:Request A Quote & Hide Price are both highly-rated Shopify apps (4.9/5). However, they cater to fundamentally different needs. Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts focuses on increasing sales through strategic product bundling and discounting, aimed at attracting price-conscious customers and boosting average order value. In contrast, Q:Request A Quote & Hide Price is designed to facilitate B2B and DTC sales involving custom pricing or specialized products, offering a 'Request a Quote' button and hiding prices to encourage personalized engagement. Its core strength lies in managing quote requests, negotiations, and ultimately converting them into orders, especially useful for businesses needing flexible pricing structures or catering to larger clients. The primary difference lies in their approach to pricing. Appstle focuses on pre-defined discounts and bundles, which are publicly visible and can be instantly applied. Q:Request A Quote & Hide Price, on the other hand, prioritizes private, negotiated pricing, allowing merchants to offer personalized quotes tailored to specific customer needs and order volumes. This makes Q:Request A Quote & Hide Price better suited for businesses dealing with complex product configurations or providing custom services, while Appstle is more effective for standard products where volume discounts or product pairings can drive sales.

Our Verdict
For DTC merchants primarily focused on increasing average order value and sales through readily available discounts and bundles, Appstle℠ Bundles & Discounts is the preferable choice. Its strength lies in its simplicity and direct impact on sales through appealing pricing strategies. It provides a simple way to make a product or group of products immediately more appealing to any customer.
However, for B2B businesses or DTC stores offering custom products, services, or requiring flexible pricing, Q:Request A Quote & Hide Price is the superior solution. It allows for personalized engagement, facilitates negotiation, and offers the necessary tools to manage quote requests and convert them into profitable orders. While it might require more configuration, the ability to offer customized pricing and integrate with CRM platforms provides a significant advantage in managing larger, more complex sales cycles.
