AR: Google Shopping Feed Pro vs Rokt Catalog for Brandsfor Shopify (2026)
AR: Google Shopping Feed Pro and Rokt Catalog for Brands both operate within the 'Selling online' and 'Marketplaces' categories on Shopify, but they serve fundamentally different purposes. AR: Google Shopping Feed Pro focuses on optimizing product feeds specifically for Google Shopping, supporting multi-language, multi-currency, and local ad needs for stores operating worldwide. Rokt Catalog, on the other hand, provides a platform for brands to connect with and sell through a network of top-tier retailers, simplifying onboarding, compliance, and fulfillment coordination. AR: Google Shopping Feed Pro empowers merchants to directly manage and optimize their product listings for increased visibility on Google Shopping. Its strength lies in its granular control over feed configurations, including metafield mapping and advanced filtering options. Conversely, Rokt Catalog provides a hands-off approach to expanding retail presence by leveraging existing retailer networks and taking care of the complexities of managing multiple retail partnerships. The choice between the two hinges on whether a merchant prefers direct control over their Google Shopping presence or a managed approach to expanding their retail channels.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing direct control over their Google Shopping campaigns and needing advanced feed optimization features like multi-language and currency support, AR: Google Shopping Feed Pro is the superior choice. It empowers them to fine-tune their product data and maximize visibility within the Google Shopping ecosystem.
However, if a brand aims to quickly expand its retail presence without the complexities of managing individual retailer relationships, Rokt Catalog for Brands is the more suitable solution. It provides a managed approach to accessing a network of top-tier retailers, handling onboarding, compliance, and fulfillment coordination to streamline the process of expanding sales channels.
