Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants looking to significantly automate a wide range of store processes, including order fulfillment, customer communication (beyond tracking), inventory management, and even integrating with AI, Arigato Automation is the more suitable choice. Its no-code builder combined with the option for custom code provides flexibility and power for complex automation workflows. However, this comes with the tradeoff of potentially needing more time and expertise to set up and maintain.
If the primary goal is to improve customer satisfaction by providing a seamless and transparent order tracking experience, and reduce support inquiries related to order status, then Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear winner. Its higher rating and substantial review count point towards a reliable and effective solution for this specific need. Merchants who simply want better tracking should pick Parcel Panel. Merchants who need to automate *everything* should pick Arigato, even if they need to learn some coding to make that happen.
