Our Verdict
For merchants seeking complete control and customization over their SMS communication, including user activity notifications and loyalty programs, Aroshiya SMS Carrier offers a flexible platform, provided they are comfortable setting up their own SMS gateway. However, the low review count warrants caution.
Callsy AI Abandoned Cart Calls is the clear choice for merchants primarily concerned with recovering abandoned carts. Its AI-powered automation and personalized approach offer a more hands-off solution. The higher number of reviews, while still relatively low, provides slightly more social proof. Ultimately, the best app depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities: customizability versus automated abandoned cart recovery.
