Our Verdict
For technically proficient merchants already using or planning to use specific SMS gateways (like ClickSend or Vonage) and seeking highly customized notifications tied to user activities, Aroshiya SMS Carrier offers flexibility. However, the limited number of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and support. ExpressText Connect, on the other hand, is better suited for merchants who want a simpler, more integrated SMS marketing solution with data syncing, segmentation, and personalized messaging. Its significantly higher number of reviews also lends it more credibility, and the advertised "white-glove service" points to more comprehensive support.
