Aroshiya SMS Carrier vs Phoneize: Call+WhatsApp Buttonfor Shopify (2026)
Aroshiya SMS Carrier and Phoneize: Call+WhatsApp Button both aim to enhance customer communication, but through distinctly different channels. Our Verdict
For merchants looking for a straightforward solution to increase immediate customer engagement and sales via phone calls and WhatsApp chats with minimal setup, Phoneize: Call+WhatsApp Button is the better choice. Its ease of use and focus on direct customer contact make it ideal for those prioritizing accessibility and quick conversions.
However, if a merchant requires highly customizable SMS notifications, including automated messages based on user activities, and is comfortable setting up and managing their own SMS gateway, Aroshiya SMS Carrier offers the flexibility and control they need. But its low reviews are a risk. Aroshiya also requires merchants who want SMS alerts to setup a gateway and monitor usage charges from the gateway.
