Our Verdict
For larger Shopify stores with dedicated marketing teams and a desire for highly personalized campaigns driven by rich customer data, Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS offers a powerful and customizable platform. Its focus on list growth, deliverability optimization, and identity-based personalization can lead to substantial ROI when managed effectively. However, for smaller businesses or those lacking marketing expertise, Yozo AI: Email, SMS & WA Agent presents a compelling alternative. Its fully automated approach to abandoned cart recovery, customer activation, and campaign creation removes the burden of manual management and promises instant results. The lower number of reviews should be considered, but the perfect rating suggests satisfied early adopters.
