Our Verdict
Choosing between Auctioneers Plus: Live Auction and Quick Quote depends heavily on your business model and target audience. Auctioneers Plus is best suited for merchants who want to create a sense of urgency and excitement around their products, selling items that benefit from competitive bidding. Its interactive features necessitate a merchant willing to engage actively with their customers during auction events.
Quick Quote is the better choice for businesses offering complex or customizable products/services where pricing needs to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. It's ideal for managing quote requests, offering discounts, and tracking quote status directly within the Shopify admin, even if it lacks real-time engagement.
