Our Verdict
The choice between AW Store Locator and Filljoy Sell by Weight for POS hinges entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If a business operates with multiple physical locations or a dealer network and aims to improve its online presence and drive customers to those locations, AW Store Locator is the clear choice. Its focus on customizable maps and location detection makes it ideal for such businesses.
Conversely, if a merchant sells products by weight, length, or other decimal quantities primarily through a point-of-sale system, Filljoy Sell by Weight for POS is the far superior option. The app's integration with POS, automatic inventory adjustments, and scale compatibility provide essential tools for efficient and accurate in-person sales. A slightly lower rating does not detract from this app's clear utility to this specific niche.
