Our Verdict
Merchants seeking to actively grow sales through affiliate marketing should consider Awin, keeping in mind the lower rating. However, potential users should investigate the reasons for the lower rating and evaluate if the platform aligns with their specific needs and marketing strategies. Awin is better suited for merchants ready to invest time and resources in managing affiliate relationships.
Conversely, if the primary goal is to enhance website analytics and streamline data tracking using Google Tag Manager, Wixpa Google Tag Manager ‑ GTM emerges as the more suitable option. With a higher rating and focus on simplifying GTM integration, it caters to data-driven merchants seeking to optimize their website based on customer behavior. Given the limited information, it's crucial to investigate the functionality Wixpa provides *beyond* standard GTM setup.
