Our Verdict
Given the current data, Scarcity++ Low Stock Counter is the significantly stronger choice for Shopify merchants in 2026. Its overwhelmingly positive reviews and emphasis on proven conversion-boosting techniques like scarcity and urgency make it ideal for stores looking to increase sales. The integration with shipping platforms suggests a product built for scalability.
Back in stock alerts Storebeep, with no reviews or ratings, is a risky choice. While it might offer a simple solution for back-in-stock notifications, the lack of any user feedback makes it difficult to assess its functionality or reliability. Unless a merchant has a very specific need for *only* basic back-in-stock alerts and is willing to experiment with an unproven app, Scarcity++ Low Stock Counter is the safer and likely more effective option.
