Baseline: CRO Theme Sections vs Floatify: Social & CTA Buttonsfor Shopify (2026)
Baseline: CRO Theme Sections and Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons, while both operating within the Shopify ecosystem, cater to fundamentally different aspects of store optimization. Baseline focuses on enhancing the visual appeal and user experience of the store through pre-optimized theme sections. It targets merchants seeking to improve conversion rates through proven web design and UX/UI principles without coding expertise. Floatify, on the other hand, is designed to improve customer engagement and accessibility by providing floating buttons for various communication channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and social media. The core distinction lies in their approach: Baseline is about redesigning the core structure and presentation of the store, while Floatify concentrates on adding readily accessible communication tools and CTAs. Baseline's strength lies in its promise of developer-free theme customization rooted in A/B testing, while Floatify's strength is its quick and easy implementation of crucial customer contact points. The limited reviews for Baseline compared to Floatify's robust number of reviews suggests a newer app or niche market, which should be taken into account when evaluating trust and reliability.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a visual overhaul and conversion rate optimization through fundamental UX/UI improvements, Baseline: CRO Theme Sections is the better choice. Its one-time payment model could also be appealing. However, the limited reviews suggest caution and possibly a greater need for direct support.
If the primary goal is to provide customers with immediate access to various communication channels to boost engagement and drive sales through direct interaction, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the more suitable option. The higher number of reviews indicates a more established presence and potentially greater reliability, despite a likely recurring subscription cost.
