Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be the more mature and robust option for merchants serious about leveraging surveys for data-driven marketing and business intelligence. Its higher rating, positive reviews, wider range of survey delivery methods, and advanced features like segmentation and conditional logic provide more control and flexibility. The Shopify Extensibility support also suggests future-proof compatibility. It's likely the better choice for established businesses and those looking to scale their marketing efforts.
Bazar Pre Purchase Surveys might appeal to newer stores or those seeking rapid growth through a wider network, if Bazar's network promise delivers. However, the lack of reviews, lower feature set, and reliance on Bazar's network for exposure make it a riskier choice. Merchants who prioritize speed and simplicity above all else might find its 'get set up in minutes' claim appealing, but they should carefully weigh the risks against the potential benefits.
