Bazar Pre Purchase Surveys vs Reveal: Customer Data & NPSfor Shopify (2026)
Bazar Pre Purchase Surveys and Reveal: Customer Data & NPS both aim to help Shopify merchants understand their customers, but they approach this goal from vastly different angles and at different stages of the customer lifecycle. Bazar focuses on pre-purchase engagement, aiming to capture customer information and preferences through surveys presented in a discount popup, simultaneously growing an email list and potentially acquiring affiliate marketing benefits through Bazar's own network. Reveal, on the other hand, focuses on post-purchase analysis using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) segmentation and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to identify customer segments, optimize ad campaigns, and improve customer loyalty and lifetime value (CLV). Bazar is geared towards immediate data capture for potentially quicker conversion, while Reveal aims at long-term customer understanding and optimization based on existing customer data.

Our Verdict
Reveal: Customer Data & NPS is the clear winner for merchants who already have a customer base and are looking to optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer loyalty, and increase customer lifetime value. Its focus on RFM segmentation and NPS analysis provides actionable insights for targeted marketing and customer service strategies. Bazar Pre Purchase Surveys might be suitable for new stores or stores struggling with conversion rates, seeking a quick and easy way to capture customer emails and gather initial data. However, the lack of reviews and the reliance on Bazar's affiliate network make it a riskier choice compared to Reveal, which has a solid 5-star rating and 64 reviews.
