Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants looking for an immediate sales boost by automatically promoting their best-selling products, Best Seller Insights by Burst is the ideal choice. It’s simple to use and focuses on a specific, high-impact task. However, for merchants who require in-depth data analysis, custom reports, and the ability to schedule and share reports, Report Toaster: Custom Reports is the superior option. Although it may have a steeper learning curve, its comprehensive features provide greater analytical power.
Given its extremely low review count, Best Seller Insights is a riskier choice than Report Toaster, regardless of its focus on best-selling products. With hundreds of reviews and a perfect score, Report Toaster presents a clearer picture of a trusted, widely used application. Merchants focused on simple best-seller promotion should strongly consider alternatives with more reviews, or proceed with caution when deciding to use Best Seller Insights.
