BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat vs TEQIE Whatsapp Buttonfor Shopify (2026)
BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat and TEQIE Whatsapp Button represent distinct approaches to customer interaction on Shopify. BestChat aims to provide comprehensive, AI-driven customer support through chatbots and live chat, emphasizing automation and 24/7 availability. It targets merchants seeking to offload routine inquiries and provide instant support. In contrast, TEQIE Whatsapp Button focuses on facilitating direct communication via WhatsApp, a popular messaging platform. It seems to prioritize ease of contact and leveraging existing WhatsApp communication habits. The stark difference in ratings and review volume suggests significantly different levels of user satisfaction and market penetration. The key distinction lies in their core functionality. BestChat offers an all-in-one solution with AI chatbots, live chat, and Shopify integration designed for in-depth customer engagement and data analysis. It's positioned as a "next-generation" smart live chat solution. TEQIE Whatsapp Button, on the other hand, presents a more streamlined approach, centering on a direct communication channel via WhatsApp, likely simpler to set up and manage but lacking the AI-driven automation of BestChat. Merchants need to evaluate whether they prioritize automated, comprehensive support or direct, personalized WhatsApp communication.

Our Verdict
Based on the data, TEQIE Whatsapp Button is currently the stronger choice for most merchants. Its significantly higher rating (4.9/5) suggests a positive user experience, despite having fewer reviews than BestChat. This makes it a safe option for merchants who want a simple way for customers to connect via WhatsApp, a common way to communicate in some markets. It is easy to implement and doesn't require a high level of AI configuration.
However, BestChat: AI Chatbot+Live Chat could be worth considering for larger stores with high support volumes seeking to automate their customer service and gain AI-driven insights. That said, it is important to proceed with caution and investigate the reasons for its zero rating, and read all of the reviews (including whether the reviews are genuine or not) before investing time and resources in its implementation. If the product issues are bugs or implementation difficulties, then it may be worth a try for bigger stores, assuming the underlying AI is strong. Consider a trial period if available.
