BF Size Chart & Size Guide vs Tabs Studiofor Shopify (2026)
BF Size Chart & Size Guide (formerly Best Fit Size Charts) and Tabs Studio both aim to enhance the product page experience, but they target distinct needs. BF Size Chart focuses specifically on resolving sizing issues, aiming to reduce returns by providing customizable size charts for apparel, shoes, and jewelry. It positions itself as a solution to size-related uncertainties, offering features like cm/inch conversion, collection-based size charts, and ring sizer functionality. The emphasis is on providing visual and accurate sizing information directly on the product page. In contrast, Tabs Studio is a more general-purpose product page enhancement app. It facilitates the organization of product descriptions into tabs and accordions, enabling merchants to present information in a cleaner, more structured manner. Tabs Studio focuses on improving the overall clarity and presentation of product information beyond just sizing. It provides features like shared tabs across multiple products, metafield integration, design template customization, and WCAG 2.1 compliance. This positions it well for merchants with complex product details or a need for standardized information across their catalog. While BF Size Chart directly addresses sizing accuracy, Tabs Studio prioritizes information architecture, reducing customer questions by improving the readability and accessibility of product information.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with reducing returns related to sizing errors, BF Size Chart & Size Guide is the more suitable option. Its dedicated features for creating and customizing size charts, combined with its focus on apparel, shoe, and jewelry sizing, provide a targeted solution. The app's ability to handle cm/inch conversions and create collection-based size charts is a significant advantage for retailers dealing with size variations.
However, if a merchant's primary goal is to improve the overall presentation and organization of product information, regardless of sizing, Tabs Studio is the stronger choice. Its ability to create tabs from existing headings, apply shared tabs across multiple products, and integrate metafields offers a more comprehensive solution for enhancing product page clarity and reducing customer support inquiries. The WCAG 2.1 compliance also makes it a better choice for merchants prioritizing accessibility.
