BGN / Euro Prices Display vs Quick Quotefor Shopify (2026)
BGN / Euro Prices Display and Quick Quote serve drastically different purposes within the Shopify ecosystem. BGN / Euro Prices Display is a highly niche application designed specifically for Bulgarian merchants navigating the Euro transition. Its core function is displaying prices in both BGN and EUR on the Thank You page for orders shipped to Bulgarian addresses. In contrast, Quick Quote caters to merchants seeking to implement a quote request system directly within their Shopify store. This app facilitates customer quote submissions via the cart, allows for quote creation and editing within the app admin, and enables communication between the merchant and customer regarding pricing and discounts. The fundamental difference lies in their value proposition. BGN / Euro Prices Display focuses on regulatory compliance and customer trust during a specific currency transition. Quick Quote, on the other hand, aims to enhance sales by providing a flexible pricing and negotiation process. One is geared toward a very limited geographical location and timeframe; the other has much broader applicability. The lack of reviews for BGN / Euro Prices Display suggests either a very recent launch or a limited user base, while Quick Quote's positive rating and review count indicate established user satisfaction.

Our Verdict
The choice between BGN / Euro Prices Display and Quick Quote is highly dependent on the merchant's specific needs. BGN / Euro Prices Display is solely suitable for Bulgarian merchants operating during the Euro transition period, seeking a simple and compliant solution for displaying prices in both currencies. Given the lack of reviews, thorough testing is advised before implementing this app.
Quick Quote, however, is a more versatile option for merchants looking to offer custom pricing and negotiate with customers. Its positive reviews suggest that it delivers on its promise of facilitating quote requests and enhancing sales. If a merchant desires a system for handling custom quotes and offering discounts, Quick Quote is the clear choice. The superior rating and review count make it a more reliable choice in the absence of other information.
