Our Verdict
The choice between BIG Digital Downloads Products and Omni Hub depends entirely on the merchant's business model. If a merchant primarily sells digital products, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the clear choice, offering all the necessary tools for managing and distributing digital files efficiently. Its high review count suggests a reliable and well-regarded service. However, if a merchant operates both a physical store and an online store, and aims to create a unified customer experience, Omni Hub is the better option. It allows for the synchronization of customer data and the implementation of omnichannel loyalty programs, which are crucial for building customer relationships and driving sales across both channels.
While both apps have 5-star ratings, BIG Digital Downloads Products' significantly higher number of reviews may indicate a more mature product with a wider user base. It's important to consider whether the need for omnichannel integration exists. If it doesn't, BIG Digital Downloads Products is the better solution. However, Omni Hub opens the possibility for a connected retail experience.
