Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, multichannel marketing and customer service platform with advanced automation capabilities, BIK Instagram, Whatsapp, Email is the stronger choice. Its integrated approach across multiple channels and personalized journey features can drive higher AOV and conversions. However, for businesses primarily needing a reliable, cost-effective solution for sending order updates and transactional information via SMS, SMS Notify ‑SMS Gateway Center provides a simpler and more focused solution. Businesses that have no need for social media or email integration and are happy to focus only on SMS will find SMS Notify the better option, especially those highly sensitive to cost. SMS Notify might also be preferred by merchants in highly regulated industries due to its optional SMS Message Encryption.
