Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on leveraging WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for direct sales and support, bitChat: WhatsApp AI Chatbot is the stronger choice. Its ability to build carts and send checkout links directly within those messaging platforms provides a seamless and efficient way to convert conversations into sales. However, if a merchant requires a comprehensive helpdesk solution that centralizes customer conversations from multiple channels and includes AI-assisted support tools to boost agent productivity and manage orders directly, eDesk is the more suitable option. eDesk's broader scope makes it a better fit for larger businesses or those with a strong presence across multiple marketplaces.
