Our Verdict
The choice between bitChat and Robo Calls depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs and target market. If a merchant aims to automate customer support and sales across multiple messaging platforms and operate globally, bitChat is the clear choice. Its AI-powered chatbot functionality and integration with popular messaging apps make it ideal for enhancing efficiency and driving sales. Conversely, Robo Calls is specifically tailored for merchants in Pakistan grappling with high rates of cash-on-delivery order returns. Its targeted approach using automated voice calls offers a direct solution to this regional challenge. For merchants outside of Pakistan or not facing COD return issues, Robo Calls offers no value.
