Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary goal is to understand the overall customer experience, collect and syndicate verified reviews, track key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, and benchmark against industry standards, Bizrate Insights Reviews would be the more appropriate choice, despite the lack of current reviews. However, the lack of any ratings or reviews could indicate issues. If the merchant prioritizes building custom forms for specific data collection needs – such as lead generation, customer registration, or custom product orders – and integrating that data with other marketing and CRM tools, FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the better option.
Given the 0/5 rating and lack of reviews for Bizrate Insights Reviews, it's hard to recommend it unless there are significant updates improving its reliability. FormCRM's positive rating and focus on user-friendly form building make it a safer initial choice for many merchants. It allows for quick deployment of necessary forms. Bizrate Insights, if it resolves its review issues, would be more useful for merchants who need deep, holistic CX insights beyond simple form data.
Common Questions

Which app is better for collecting product reviews?
Bizrate Insights Reviews is explicitly designed for collecting verified ratings and reviews and automatically syndicating them to search engines. FormCRM can be used to *collect* data that could become a review, but doesn't offer built-in syndication features.
Which app integrates with more third-party tools?
FormCRM explicitly mentions integrations with Shopify customers, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Slack, and Zoho. Bizrate Insights focuses on syndication to Google, Yahoo, and Bing but does not explicitly mention integrations with other marketing or CRM tools.
Which app is better for understanding overall customer satisfaction?
Bizrate Insights focuses on providing a 360-degree understanding of the shopper journey and measuring KPIs like NPS, making it better suited for understanding overall customer satisfaction. FormCRM is primarily for collecting specific data points through forms, not for comprehensive CX analysis.
If I need a warranty form, which app is better?
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder explicitly lists warranty forms as one of the types it can create. Bizrate Insights does not offer pre-built form types or templates. Therefore, FormCRM is better for creating a warranty form.
