Our Verdict
Given the complete lack of reviews for Bizrate Insights Reviews, it is difficult to assess its efficacy. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, with its high rating and substantial number of reviews, appears to be the safer and more reliable choice for most Shopify merchants looking to implement customer surveys. Zigpoll's focus on ease of use, customization, and AI-powered insights makes it especially attractive to merchants who want to quickly gather and analyze feedback to optimize their business. If syndication to major search engines is paramount and a merchant is willing to take a risk on an unproven app, Bizrate Insights *might* be considered, but the absence of social proof is a significant drawback.
