Bizyness vs MyGLS Professionalfor Shopify (2026)
Bizyness and MyGLS Professional both boast perfect 5/5 ratings on the Shopify App Store in 2026, but cater to vastly different needs. Bizyness is an all-in-one accounting solution primarily targeted at merchants in France and across Europe who need help with VAT management, invoice automation, and compliant accounting practices. Its focus is on simplifying financial processes and ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly regarding European VAT (OSS/IOSS). MyGLS Professional, on the other hand, is a shipping solution focused on GLS (General Logistics Systems), offering unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, and automated order status tracking, primarily for merchants shipping within GLS's Eastern European network. The core difference lies in their functionality: Bizyness streamlines back-office accounting and VAT compliance, while MyGLS Professional optimizes shipping and logistics. While both apps share the 'Orders' category on Shopify, Bizyness uses order data for financial management, and MyGLS Professional uses it for shipping label creation and tracking. A key differentiator is the number of reviews, with MyGLS Professional having significantly more reviews (123) than Bizyness (6), suggesting broader adoption or a longer presence on the app store.

Our Verdict
The choice between Bizyness and MyGLS Professional depends entirely on the merchant's needs. For merchants operating in Europe, particularly France, who are struggling with VAT compliance, invoice automation, and accounting complexities, Bizyness is the clear choice. It simplifies back-office financial processes and ensures regulatory adherence.
Conversely, merchants who heavily rely on GLS for shipping, specifically within Eastern Europe, and need a solution for unlimited label printing, parcel shop integration, and automated tracking should opt for MyGLS Professional. While both apps are well-rated, the higher number of reviews for MyGLS Professional suggests it may be a more established and widely used solution for its specific niche.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a US-based merchant?
MyGLS Professional is likely irrelevant if you do not ship with GLS, or to/from Eastern Europe. Bizyness may offer some generic utility as an invoicing tool. However, there are likely better suited apps on the marketplace if the merchant is US-based.
Does Bizyness integrate with GLS for shipping?
There is no indication from the app descriptions that Bizyness directly integrates with GLS or any other shipping provider. Its focus is purely on accounting and VAT compliance.
Can MyGLS Professional be used with other shipping carriers?
Based on the description, MyGLS Professional is exclusively designed for use with GLS (General Logistics Systems). It's unlikely to be compatible with other carriers.
Is either app free to use?
The descriptions do not explicitly state whether either app offers a free tier or a free trial. Users should check the app listings on the Shopify App Store for pricing information.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Both apps aim to simplify their respective processes, and both imply that they're easy to use. However, with so few reviews, it's difficult to gauge Bizyness' actual ease of use compared to the relatively more established MyGLS Professional.
