Our Verdict
The choice between Bizyness and Parcel Panel Order Tracking hinges entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant requires a comprehensive accounting solution tailored for European VAT regulations and automated invoice management, Bizyness is the clear choice. Common Questions
Does Bizyness handle order tracking like Parcel Panel?
Based on the description, Bizyness primarily focuses on accounting and financial management and does not explicitly mention order tracking as a core feature. Its integration with your store's orders is likely for accounting purposes, not for providing customers with tracking information.
Is Parcel Panel useful for accounting purposes?
No. Parcel Panel Order Tracking is designed solely for providing order tracking information to customers and does not offer any accounting functionalities.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is likely easier to set up due to its focused functionality. Bizyness, dealing with complex accounting processes, may require a deeper understanding of accounting principles to configure correctly.
Which app provides a better return on investment?
The ROI depends on the merchant's priorities. Bizyness provides ROI through time saved on accounting and avoiding compliance issues. Parcel Panel provides ROI through improved customer satisfaction and reduced WISMO (Where Is My Order?) inquiries.
Which app is more suitable for a small business just starting out?
It depends. If the business is in Europe and VAT compliance is a concern, Bizyness is crucial. Otherwise, Parcel Panel could be more immediately beneficial for improving the customer experience, especially as the business scales.
