Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, AI-driven approach to product discovery and a focus on increasing revenue per visit, Bloomreach Discovery v2 may be the better choice, assuming its AI capabilities deliver on its promises and despite the lack of reviews. However, it comes with the risk of being unproven with no existing customer validation. For stores prioritizing immediate improvements to website navigation, a visually engaging user experience, and reduced bounce rates, KOBU ‑ Menu Highlight is likely the more suitable option, backed by a perfect rating and multiple positive reviews. The significantly different focus areas make them applicable to different priorities.
