BLOY Rewards Program & Loyalty vs Keepoala: Returns & rewardsfor Shopify (2026)
BLOY Rewards Program & Loyalty and Keepoala: Returns & rewards are both Shopify apps focused on customer loyalty, but they approach it from very different angles. BLOY focuses on a traditional rewards program, allowing merchants to build loyalty through points, VIP tiers, and referrals to increase customer retention and lifetime value. It emphasizes comprehensive customer action rewards, and optimizing loyalty programs with 24/7 support. Keepoala, on the other hand, targets the problem of returns by incentivizing customers to *avoid* returning items. It offers points for keeping orders, which can then be redeemed for vouchers. This is a unique value proposition aimed at reducing return rates and acquiring customers among low-return shoppers. While BLOY's focus is broad loyalty building, Keepoala is laser-focused on return reduction.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a traditional, full-featured loyalty program with points, VIP tiers, and referral programs to reward a wide range of customer actions, BLOY Rewards Program & Loyalty is the better choice, backed by a strong review history. It provides a comprehensive platform for building customer loyalty across different touchpoints. However, for merchants specifically struggling with high return rates and looking for a unique solution to directly address this issue, Keepoala: Returns & rewards is a compelling option. Its innovative approach of rewarding customers for *not* returning items can significantly reduce return-related costs and acquire a valuable segment of low-return customers. Consider BLOY if you want wide-ranging loyalty options, and Keepoala if return reduction is your biggest priority.
