Our Verdict
For Australian merchants primarily using Australia Post's MyPost Business, EZLabel is the clear winner. Its high rating, large number of positive reviews, and simplified workflow offer a compelling solution for streamlining shipping label creation and fulfillment. The two-click process is a major advantage for time-saving. However, for merchants who require flexibility with multiple carriers and are seeking negotiated rates and automated shipping rules to optimize logistics, Boxtal is a better choice, even with its lower review count.
Boxtal's integration with multiple carriers and its focus on automated shipping rules make it a powerful option for businesses with more complex shipping needs. While the higher review count for EZLabel suggests a wider user base and possibly greater reliability for its specific use case, Boxtal offers features that extend beyond simple label printing and fulfillment, offering broader logistical advantages for a wider shipping landscape.
