Our Verdict
For merchants with a large variety of brands or vendors, Brandscape ‑ Brand Directory is the clear choice. It provides essential organizational tools to help customers navigate a complex catalog and find products from their preferred brands. Its automated collection creation saves time and ensures a consistent user experience. However, stores looking to improve customer engagement, offer instant support, and increase conversions through social media promotion will find Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons more suitable. It allows for simple integration of direct communication methods like WhatsApp and phone calls, which can significantly boost sales. If a merchant desires both, they would need to install both apps, but that adds complexity and cost.
