BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution vs SEA Accessibility EAA ADA WCAGfor Shopify (2026)
BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution and SEA Accessibility EAA ADA WCAG cater to drastically different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. BSS B2B focuses on empowering merchants to effectively manage and scale their wholesale operations. It provides tools for custom pricing, volume discounts, B2B registration, and flexible tax display, making it a comprehensive solution for businesses selling to other businesses. In contrast, SEA Accessibility aims to ensure Shopify stores are accessible to all users, regardless of disability. It focuses on adhering to accessibility laws and guidelines such as WCAG, ADA, and AODA, offering features like AI-generated alt text and customizable accessibility widgets. While both apps fall under the broader "Security" category on Shopify (likely due to compliance and data protection aspects), their core functionalities and target audiences are distinct.
